Today we're talking all things launching. Let me tell ya - it's a process. It is a THING!
In this episode I wanna take you through my strategies from my recent launch of the Courageous Content Academy (CCA).

My launch rituals fall into two buckets - systems and self-care.
On the systems side:
- A detailed playbook we created to execute the launch smoothly
- Limiting external meetings and projects during launch season
- Defining clear team responsibilities
Shout out to my team - they really showed OUT during this launch time!
On the self-care side:
- Daily devotionals and affirmations to feed my soul
- Wellness practices like acupuncture, massages and infrared sauna sessions
- Prioritizing quality time with family before launch craziness starts
- Unplugging for 48 hours once the cart closes
